Norpac was a subcontractor for IDL Projects for this slope stabilization program at the Revelstoke Dam Marble Shear Block. The scope of work included the following:

• Mechanical and hand scaling of rock and old shotcrete
• Vegetation removal
• 660 linear metres of tensioned pattern rock anchors
• 373 linear metres of tensioned spot rock anchors
• 551 shotcrete anchors
• 451 m3 of Stage 1 fibre-reinforced dry mix shotcrete
• 44m3 of Stage 2 fibre-reinforced dry mix shotcrete
• 464 weep pipes
• LiDAR monitoring of shotcrete thickness

A combination of rope access techniques and telehandlers with man baskets were used to access the steep slope and transport materials and equipment safely around the site.
